Like  many others we foolishly left getting the BER certificate until we had “Sale Agreed” on our house and then had to get it done urgently.  We phoned Mr Kenny Dalton (yourber.ie) who gave us a competitive price and came the next day to do the survey.  Later that same day he was able to email the certificate and survey to our Solicitor with a copy to ourselves.  We were very impressed with his thoroughness.  He arrived right on the time arranged and got quickly on with the job with no stoppages.  We would recommend him to anyone who wants a good job done.  We would also recommend avoiding unnecessary stress – get on the phone NOW to Kenny and get the job done without delay.  D & J Harrington.

Regular Audits

SEAI  engage, as a matter of routine, in monitoring and auditing activities to verify compliance by registered BER Assessors and/or their principals with legislative requirements including the Regulations, the assessors  Code of Practice, and other directions issued to BER Assessors in accordance with the Regulations. These activities shall also provide a basis on which to monitor the effectiveness of the Scheme, to protect the integrity of the Scheme and to ensure continual improvement of the Scheme.
